Infrared remotes are still the cheapest way to wirelessly control a device. We have designed the remote to be small, very simple, and low-cost. For the majority of the projects we build, we don’t need 34 buttons, we need one or two. It makes more sense to provide you with a cheap and easy to use remote.
2.4GHz Large Duck Antenna 5dBi with Reverse Polarized - SMA RF connector. Perfect for prototyping with our RF ICs. 50 ohm impedance. This antenna mates nicely with the Reverse Polarized SMA Connector. Dimensions: 0.5x7.7" Documents:Datasheet
Heart rate data can be really useful whether you’re designing an exercise routine, studying your activity or anxiety levels or just want your shirt to blink with your heart beat. The problem is that heart rate can be difficult to measure. Luckily, the Pulse Sensor Amped can solve that problem!
It’s the Arduino Pro Mini! SparkFun’s minimal design approach to Arduino. This is a 3.3V Arduino running the 8MHz bootloader. Arduino Pro Mini does not come with connectors populated so that you can solder in any connector or wire with any orientation you need.
The SM5100B is a miniature, quad-band GSM 850/EGSM 900/DCS 1800/PCS 1900 module, which can be integrated into a great number of wireless projects. You can use this module to accomplish almost anything a normal cell phone can - SMS text messages, GSM/GPRS, TCP/IP, and more!
These wireless receivers work with our 434MHz transmitters. They can easily fit into a breadboard and work well with microcontrollers to create a very simple wireless data link. Since these are only receivers, they will only work communicating data one-way, you would need two pairs (of different frequencies) to act as a transmitter/receiver pair.

This straight bar load cell (sometimes called a strain gauge) can translate up to 10kg of pressure (force) into an electrical signal. Each load cell is able to measure the electrical resistance that changes in response to, and proportional of, the strain (e.g. pressure or force) applied to the bar.
This basic piezo sensor from Measurement Specialties is often used for flex, touch, vibration and shock measurements. A small AC and large voltage (up to +/-90V) is created when the film moves back and forth. A simple resistor should get the voltage down to ADC levels. Can also be used for impact sensing or a flexible switch.
This is a breakout board for the fully integrated Hall Effect based linear ACS712 current sensor. The sensor gives precise current measurement for both AC and DC signals. Thick copper conductor and signal traces allows for survival of the device up to 5 times overcurrent conditions.
This is a small force sensitive resistor. It has a 0.16" (4 mm) diameter active sensing area. This FSR from Interlink Electronics will vary its resistance depending on how much pressure is being applied to the sensing area.
This is a force sensitive resistor with a square, 1.75x1.5", sensing area. This FSR will vary its resistance depending on how much pressure is being applied to the sensing area. The harder the force, the lower the resistance.
These are a pair of right angle, hobby gearmotors from DAGU. These gearmotors are the same ones utilized in the Magician Chassis and RedBot Kit and offer a cheap and easy to use setup to get your wheels turning. Due to these gear motors being at a right angle, you will also be able to track and control the rotation of your wheels!
These are very slim, extremely light weight batteries based on the new Polymer Lithium Ion chemistry. This is the highest energy density currently in production. Each cell outputs a nominal 3.7V at 1000mAh!

This AT407 basic tilt switch can easily be used to detect orientation. Inside the can is a ball that make contact with the pins when the case is upright. Tilt the case over and the balls don’t touch, thus not making a connection.
Two of the input value of potentiometer are respectively to show the user offset in the X and Y axis, and the type of offset is analog?the button is used to show whether the user push down button in the Z axis, its type is the digital quantity. Therefore the control rod contain a total of three input interface which are used to connect X, Y, and Z.
LDRs or Light Dependent Resistors are very useful especially in light/dark sensor circuits. Normally the resistance of an LDR is very high, sometimes as high as 1000 000 ohms, but when they are illuminated with light resistance drops dramatically.
The stunning new Raspberry Pi 3 Model B has landed at ModMyPi! This third generation model maintains the same popular board format as the Raspberry Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi B+, but boasts a faster 1.2GHz 64Bit SoC, and on board WiFi and Bluetooth!
