All orders completed and paid by PayPal, ATM, Credit Card, will be sent on the same day, since the payment was made before 15:00 Hours. Orders paid after this will be shipped the next day.
The option to pay by bank transfer ** will have a confirmation period that will vary between 24h and 48h (depending on the country of origin of the transfer). In this method of payment, BoxElectronica has no control over the execution period of the banking movement, which is the responsibility of the Bank of the Client. In these cases, the order will be shipped the day we receive confirmation of payment from the bank, or proof by the customer.
If we have any questions related to the order (delivery address, confirmation of payment, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Service. We will wait for a answer three days. The order will not be shipped until we get an answer to our message.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with their invoice, the shipping number and a link so that they can track the order on the carrier's website.
The customer can also access this link by logging into their account and clicking on the "Orders and details" tab available on the page that appears when they sign in. By clicking on the line of an order in the column on the left-hand side titled "Order History", you will be provided with all the information about it in the column on the right side called "Order Details", including the hyperlink mentioned above.
Attempting to track your order online upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email may not return any results. In fact, shipping information may take up to 24 hours after receipt of the shipment confirmation to be updated on the carrier's website.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address that the customer indicates when making the same.
The customer can receive the order where it wishes, from Monday to Friday. To do this, simply provide us the address where you will be present between 9am and 7pm. An attempt shall be made to deliver by a courier from the carrier chosen at the address indicated by the customer.
WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier to the courier on the day of delivery.
A notice will be left to the recipient to call the agency responsible for delivering the order or to the NACEX general number in order to schedule a retry on the date that suits them. The recipient has a period of 5 working days to contact the carrier and schedule a new delivery attempt. If you do not do it within the timeframe, the order will be returned to us.
Once your order has been shipped, we guarantee a delivery time of 24/48 business hours.
Madeira and Azores
Shipments to Madeira and Azores are made exclusively by CTT. The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:

The shipping costs are fixed at a cost of € 3.20 + VAT if the method chosen is (PAYPAL, MULTIBANCO, TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD), 5.10 € + VAT if the method is (COLLECTION).
